Your satisfaction is of utmost imporance to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of one of our standard stoles (without customization), simply return the product within 30 days with a copy of your receipt and your purchase price will be refunded, less shipping and handling charges.
Stoles with custom embroidery additions, substitutions, or changes to our standard designs are not returnable.
All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days of the sale date in re-sellable condition.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, unless you request otherwise at checkout. Embroidery Orders are typically finished and shipped within 2-3 weeks. Delivery time is typically 2-3 days after orders are presented to the Post Office (UPS Ground deliveries may take up to 1 week). An additional shipping charge may be added to your order if its weight exceeds 3 lb.
Rush orders are available for a small additional charge. Call us, tell us when you need it, and we’ll do everything we can to get it to you on time.
Orders sent to Europe are shipped USPS Express Mail International, insured. Delivery times vary depending upon destination.
